Prof. Samir El-Masri is a globally recognized authority in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, bringing over 30 years of experience spanning academia, global consulting, and executive advisory. His work bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise application.

البروفيسور سمير المصري سلطة معترف بها عالمياً في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي، يمتلك خبرة تزيد على 30 عاماً تمتد عبر الأكاديمية والاستشارات العالمية والاستشارة التنفيذية. يجسّر عمله الهوة بين أحدث أبحاث الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاتها الفعلية في عالم الأعمال.

Holding a PhD from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France, he has held senior academic positions in France, Japan, Australia, and across the Gulf, and has served in corporate leadership roles at global organizations including GE, NTT, DWS, and INPG.

يحمل شهادة الدكتوراه من المعهد الوطني متعدد التقنيات في غرينوبل بفرنسا، وشغل مناصب أكاديمية رفيعة في فرنسا واليابان وأستراليا ومنطقة الخليج، وتقلّد أدواراً قيادية في شركات عالمية كجنرال إلكتريك وNTT وDWS وINPG.

As Founder and President of the Arab Society for Digital Transformation and CEO of Digitalization, he developed the DC-METRICS framework and the Agentic Readiness Model (ARM), now adopted by governments and enterprises across the Middle East and internationally.

بصفته مؤسساً ورئيساً للجمعية العربية للتحول الرقمي ورئيساً تنفيذياً لشركة Digitalization، طوّر إطار DC-METRICS ونموذج الجاهزية الوكيلية (ARM)، المعتمدَين حالياً من قِبل الحكومات والمؤسسات في الشرق الأوسط وعلى المستوى الدولي.
